In addition to the Copy Editing service, Substantive Editing focuses on the logic, structure, and presentation of the manuscript, and also includes unlimited editor questions and formatting at no additional cost

In addition to the scope of Copy Editing and Substantive Editing (including formatting and unlimited editor questions), the Top-Impact Scientific Editing service includes a scientific report on the soundness of the science and limitations of the data/study design. WHAT TURNAROUND TIMES DO YOU OFFER?
We provide our clients with flexible delivery options starting from just 24 h. We also work over weekends for your convenience. Our standard delivery time is 3 days. If you wish to have your document returned quicker, this can be added on to your selected package for an additional fee. The additional fee will depend on the chosen time frame, the length of the manuscript, and the extent of editing required.

DO YOU PROVIDE DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We provide a 15% discount for new clients and a 20% discount for students with proof of student status.

Further projects from a returning client will receive a 10% discount.
All information, including the authors’ contact information, scientific data, and documents submitted for editing will be maintained in strict confidence and will not be divulged to any third party.
No materials will be duplicated, except as reasonably necessary to perform editorial services for our clients.

We will never use AI in our editing processes, ensuring that your work is handled fully by a human expert.

Following completion of the service, all documents that have been received from the client will be deleted from our system.
